Specifically, we use mouse models of influenza, ARDS and asthma to study how regulatory T cells (Tregs) and trafficking molecules called chemokines regulate the immune response to infection and injury in the lung. Our laboratory is affiliated with affiliated with the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and the Center for Immunology and Inflammatory Diseases at MGH.
