Dr. Chiosi is an infectious diseases physician with clinical and research interests in cost-effective care to treat and prevent infections related to drug use (HIV, hepatitis C, endocarditis), particularly focusing on improving access to medical care and diminishing health disparities both in the US and internationally. He is trained in internal medicine, pediatrics, and infectious diseases and has experience in global health research and application in South Africa and India as well as public health experience at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
