After her initial neurology training at the Hospital das Clinicas in Sao Paulo, Brazil, she pursued a clinical research career at the Massachusetts General Hospital Stroke Center, and received a Masters of Medical Science at the Harvard Medical School.  She subsequently completed her Neurology Residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital, and her Vascular Neurology Fellowship at Boston Medical Center/ Boston University School of Medicine.  Dr. Camargo Faye is board certified in Neurology. She has a strong interest in medical teaching and clinical research. Her clinical and research interests include stroke in women, stroke in the young, venous sinus thrombosis, and stroke recovery.
