Her clinical research trajectory has concentrated on exploring mechanisms and treatment strategies for inflammation and cardiometabolic disease in HIV. Awards in recognition of her work include the NIH K23, Harvard Catalyst Medical Research Investigator Training Award, Gilead Research Scholars in HIV, and Nutrition and Obesity Research Center at Harvard Pilot and Feasibility Grant. She is recipient of The Endocrine Society Early Investigator Award and the CROI Young Investigator Scholarship, as well as a two time recipient of the Women in Endocrinology Young Investigator Award.
