Dr. Hashemi is a multidisciplinary researcher whose work integrates computational modeling, machine learning, and quantum physics to address challenges in medical imaging. Drawing on his background in computational science, engineering, and applied mathematics, he develops methods to improve the accuracy and reliability of nuclear medicine technologies. His research focuses on advanced learning and quantum-inspired approaches to image reconstruction, quantitative analysis, and detector data interpretation. At Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, he seeks to translate computational and physical insights into clinically meaningful imaging tools.
