bayesian hierarchical modeling; cardiology; databases genetic; disease genetics; disease prevention; models statistical; open source software; reproducibility and replicability science I'm interested in the intersection of rigorous and interpretable statistical models with important problems in prevention, both within and outside of cardiology. More broadly, I'm intersted in borrowing information across phenotypes to improve our understanding of human disease and the critical translation of basic science discovery to clinical improvements. I love communicating my science with others and to contributing to open-source and reproducible research.
