Dr. Brown is a board-certified neurosurgeon focused on restoring movement following trauma and paralyzing injuries to the peripheral nerves, spinal cord and brain. He repairs nerves, optimizes function and recovers movement of the extremities. Dr. Brown’s research focuses on the role of neurodiagnostics in predicting the outcomes of paralyzing injuries and neurosurgical outcomes. This includes functional outcomes of nerve transfers in spinal cord injury (SCI) and animal models of nerve transfers to restore bladder function following SCI.
