Research Narrative

Dr. Yuan's research focuses on non-IgE medicated gastrointestinal food allergic disorders, specifically allergic coltis in infants (FPIAP), FPIES, EoE, EGID; also Mast cell related disorders, MCAS and HATS. Dr. Yuan's research interst in on early risk factors in food allergies and neuro-immune axis, specifically gut microbiome and in utero factors.
